I have two choices: 1. I put in a 2022 order with the same dealership and hope this time they will get an allocation. 2. I can go with another dealership that is an hour away, generally sells more Camaros then the first dealership and says they can get an allocation when they open up because they sell a lot of them. The only issue would be that I'll be their 4th order for a 2022 and at the first dealership I'd be the first order in line. I've been waiting so long I don't want to have to wait even longer if I don't have to. How do you know if the dealer actually gets allocation and isn't just stringing you along?

Can dealerships get at least 4 Camaro allocations at a time?

Would you stay with the 1st dealership and hope that this time your order will actually get accepted (and not have to wait forever for it to get accepted) or would you go to the dealership who moves more Camaros and probably gets more allocation but you are 4th in line?
At this point I would try to work with Joe instead, he delivers across the country and will certainly not play these ugly games with you.

sorry to hear that. Yeah, like Arpad said, Joe or GearheadSS can help you. It is going to be very long run and you definitely want to go with dealer that knows.

ok so, i did the math on the 2021 pricing versus the 2022 pricing(other pricing may vary)

i put the 2021 1lt base coupe plus destination ($25,500.00 + $995.00 total:$26,495)

and then the "2022" pricing 1lt coupe pricing ($26,695.00)

some how there is a discrepancy/price increase($200.00)

what is going on

If you check Chevrolet.com, you will see that destination charges for 2021 have increased to $1195 from $995, so prices for 2021 and 2022 match.

Thanks to both of you.

I've been thinking about calling Joe for a while and should have done so before now. I have spoken with him today and placed my order for a 2022

All 2022 pricing is now available. Gas Guzzler Tax for ZL1 is $1,700 for M6, $2,100 for A10.
