Wing mirrors with indicators, UK.

I've been searching for parts.
I'm looking for wing mirrors with side indicators lights on them?
I don't mean the mirrors themselves :-O I mean indicators on the wing tip body.

Another UK regulation oddity to overcome... Because they use to punch holes in the side and fit a nasty Vauxhall side repeater there :-(

If your car has been SVA approved, haven't you already suffered at the hands of the hole punch in the front wing?
The Camaro is going to be officially imported to the UK any time now, so you should be able to pop to your local Chevy dealer and order a set of Euro ones. Although they do look a bit big.

Yes it has :-( See hideous image below...

I shall be venturing into the wheel arch later today to see how to remove and replace them as I have some temporary replacements in smoked grey (darker colour) that should look less brash and not be fogged up by condensation like the current ones.

Then, deep breath, and ask the Chevy Dealer for a Wing Mirror w Repeaters, pricing.
I expect I will need the mobile car body repair chap back to fix the hole(s) issue, or move the Decepticon Badge up over it :-O

I purchased the inserts that install into the mirrors. List price is around $78.00 U.S. dollars each.
I had to special order them the took about a week to get. They are at work right now. I'll post up a pic Monday Night. 5-14-2012

The whole mirror is priced outrageously. $650.00 EACH

Figure I'll buy a inexpensive aftermarket mirror and cut that up before I attempt it on my Genuine mirrors.

I have the inverted shallow triangle repeaters, I believe that were used on Mondeos. I resigned myself to the fact that we Europeans have to have side repeaters, and accepted them as they are. Mind you the silvery/white against my yellow, isn't as stark as it is on your cyber grey.

AAC concept side mirrors have led in them, and look like the concept mirrors... Look in the 'exterior modifications' forum.

Gosh those sidemarkers on the front fender are hideous. I hate it for you that you have to use them. :(

You do have one of the best looking cars in the UK though, which is awesome!
