What are other people doing next to get up to 700hp? Smaller pully? LT4 filing system? E-85?
605 corrected in Denver is probably very low 500s actual hp. Look on your dyno sheet for CF=1.15 or 1.20 or whatever. The stock LT1 fuel system using pump gas maxes out with a blower somewhere in the ~mid 500s actual hp area. Meaning that even up at a mile high, you're starting to approach the probable limit on fuel supply, and therefore would need fuel system upgrades if you wanted to turn it up beyond what it's currently spinning via a smaller blower pulley, or if you wanted to add some E85 with flex fuel.
