TR7IX Plugs
1050x Injectors
You absolutely need;
Long tube headers
JMS fuel pump voltage booster
Crank case breather
Catch can.

Likely a good custom tune.

You must make sure your intercooler is working and not full of air.

I had my car at 593rwhp on a VERY STINGY dyno with similar mods on a 18% lower pulley only difference was I was running a large heat exchanger catless mid pipes to factory exhaust and a tune from a very reputable tuner. My car beat allot of bigger power cars at this level, many 700+ cars. I still have my catles midpipes dm if interested I'll let them go for a good deal. Pushing as much boost as you are your going to melt your cats. And like Ted said you need a boost pump or a fuel system or you could blow your motor. Crank case breather highly recommended I'd also think about a different tuner that's one of the ugliest dyno charts I've ever seen.

Yeah, that tuner should have never let it out of the shop with a tune like that. But in fairness, I never heard of doing a stage 3 cam w/ 1050's but no extra fuel supply and no headers.

In all fairness I was told id be fine the way I went so I guess that's on me for not doing better research. I'll get on with ordering the rest of the parts and turning my frown upside down.

Any idea what the air temp was in the shop during the dyno pulls? Mine put down 629 in November with 60deg iat1's, but only 576 with iat1's at 113 at the beginning of each pull. You could have been pulling 4+ degrees of timing depending on the temp and if your tuner messed with the iat spark tables.

I'm with the consensus. I believe you should look at your fuel pressure under boost. It's likely dropping way too low. Remember you have to push fuel against the boost too so e.g. 45psi against 15 psi is like only 30psi of pressure effectively to squirt out the gas.
Also need race gas or e85 blend. And I think melted cats. That's assuming your tune is ok and cam installation was done properly. I don't know if you got bad advice or didn't listen but whoever said running more than 5% or 10% max pulley without racegas or e85 doesn't know boosted engines, maybe that's why you got melted cats now....
Edit: You posted while I was typing, so it was bad advice, ok got it. You NEED to check for melted cats or better yet go catless, and fuel pressure or your engine might not last.

Here's my opinion:

That's a big part of it. At 180 iat2's, you were pulling 10 degrees of timing if the tuner kept the stock iat/airmass/advance table.

That said, if shop air was 81 degrees, IAT2's should have only been maybe 140 maximum (assuming you had decent air flow in front of the car).

Perhaps your intercooler/HEX loop has some air in it?
