Nice product but these DI motors really suck when it come to mods as a fuel system cost nearly as much as a Supercharger!

I work with a few out there, English Racing is the closest in Camas. 3 hours away you have PSI and also Dings and Wong Performance, the latter three obv further away

While I understand what you're saying, a set of ID1700s and a Fore return fuel system to make 1200whp on a gen 5 Camaro would run you $4000, so spending another $900 on a piggy back controller and harness for plug and play is pretty reasonable since the other popular port injection solution is $3500 for a controller and harness only You're just not used to seeing it packaged all in one, but that's unfortunately a necessity of the DI stuff.

Weapon-X I totally see your point as just a set of larger DI injectors were 5k and I'm sure a cam swap is up there too so the advantage of your port injection system is awesome I'm not saying anything negative about your system but GM should have put dual injection on the ZL1 like the LT5 set up. Great job and keep it up you guys rock.

At stock boost levels, it should be very close to stock.
Above stock boost levels, it is likely that mpg is not a concern!

Seriously, if you are worried about mpg you are driving the wrong car. I reccomend a 4cylinder Turbo commuter like a Honda Civic. Tesla vehicles are available as well if you got the money for it. Way to open up a can of worms.

LOL all good, yes as mentioned this only comes on when you NEED the added fuel, so daily driving it is off and the car runs the DI setup until the parameters are met to bring the PAIN!

I'm not worried about mpg, I drive an F-Type R. I was just curious for shits and giggles.

This setup seems perfect then. I'll put it on my mod list once I get the Camaro

I searched for 10 mins to find this thread hoping this was the solution to a new and upcoming situation it seems many are worried about with having direct injection and no cleaning of valves as in a port injected car. But I see the port injector is based in/at the S/C. My question is, is it even feasible to plum a injector in a position that is spraying at the valves...if that makes sense?

On a NA car (not DI), the injectors were in the intake manifold. Since the supercharger takes the place of a manifold, I suspect the port injection bungs that Weapon-X provides accomplish the same thing.
