Driveshaft for the A10
We frequently work with different vendors on their new products as well. Gforce came out to our shop back in 2014 to do the first set of C7 axles, last year we worked with Driveshaft Shop for the CTS V3 carbon shaft, and this year, we again worked with the DriveShaft Shop to get a shaft made for the A10 trans. Checkout the DSS 3.5" 1 piece Aluminum Driveshaft here!
We're in the midst of working with one for their 9" kit as well, but for now, the OEM diff is getting the nod for the race in February. The OEM shaft looks a little weak for my liking, plus the fact that it's not a 1 piece is asking for trouble down the road as the torque will continue to give it a beating, even on most stock blower setups. The HOT side
It's time to quit playing just the tip here and get to Big Bertha!
We started out with Kooks 2" headers that would later be coated and worked our way from there. I did a lot of researching laying it out preliminary and let my extremely talented fabricator take it from there! We had to come off the headers and merge into a single tube running to the rear so we'd have room to come back up the tunnel for the compressed side to hit the plethora of coolers up front. This is my idea of Christmas! Shot of our custom billet valve covers which are a HUGE hit! Merging into Y with flex and V bands plus the angle for clearance is clever! |

Big Bertha!
For now, this will be a 94mm GT55; however, the last piece of this sponsored project is picking up the turbo so stay tuned. Till then, this was a custom assembled piece:
These were some pics of it first showing up next to my 3yo! It weighs twice as much as her though! She's such a Daddy's girl, loves cars, racing, and when I goose the throttle I see in the mirror that she already gets that familiar wide eyed grin. Getting ol' girl dressed up a little for the dance after Kevin fitted her up with the heavy duty hardware |

Time to hang the belle of the ball
Once we had the hot and cold side done, we could fab the turbo bracket which turned out well for the first revision of it.
Makes me wanna window the bumper! Turbo in place and ready to get to the cooling! Those 325 MT meats look like they're ready to steam roll! Last edited by WEAPON-X; 12-28-2017 at 01:39 PM. |

Damn man. Looking good. Stumbled upon this completely by accident. But it got the wheels turning... Keep up the good work.

Don't chute the messenger ;)
With the turbo hung by the trunk with care, we could tackle the parachute mount. I looked at the COPO kit, but aside from the price, the handle kit was only made for the TH400, so we just decided to make our own.

So your running the supercharger and a turbo? Wow, that's messed up in a good way. That thing will be Jack the Bear and should make 1500 hp?

I think your gonna make your goal. I guessing it will run in the really low 8's or maybe?
