I started hand porting the LSA heads last night. I am not looking to make gains near a CNC port, just a good clean up (remove rocker stud buldge, swirl dam, soften chamber, polish and port match. Stock LSA heads flow 290cfm at .600 lift and stock LS3 are around 310cfm at the same lift. So it I can get the homeported LSA heads to 320-330 I will call it a day. Putting the LSA heads on just to take advange of the stronger casting and use higher quality valvetrain parts.

I will let the YSi push the air through...

Meth kit is ordered.

Great working with Rodney at PROMETH. The Camaro stage II kit with stainless hard and soft lines, and progressive controller is on its way.

OP - are you happy with the ID1050x? Wasn't sure what the main difference was from the 1000's.

I have 1050x and they are fine. The ID1000s are not a direct fit and are taller.

All YSi components have arrived....

RGS Motorsports in Wellingborough UK had a little get together of sorts on Sat. I wanted to put my Camaro up on the dyno before I start taking it apart to install the new cam and supercharger. It laid down 495rwhp at 6000rpms on a Dyno Dynamics dyno which I think is reading a bit high. More realistic is probably 475rwhp but that is just by comparing it to other Camaros on the site with similar mods....

I have a car event coming up on June 11 (American Speedfest) and I know if I start taking it apart I probably won't have everything and the tune worked out between now and then. So I will start on the mods after the 11th...

Gone this weekend to watch the F1 race in Barcelona - it should be a spectacle....

Jannetty was predicting 10lbs of boost with 3.60 upper and 7.8 lower..

How would 3.47 or 3.33 work out to boostwise? I would really like to get to a bit over 700 on my stock bottom end. The preminum pump gas here is 94 octane and I can get 25 liters 100% pure meth for $39.
