You should “get” a trailer for her and tow her behind the RV

I would rent a RV when you go on trips and keep the car. All parties happy.

Hey I’m 72. Hope that explains it. Still have one of them.

It’s through GM.

Fly there and then rent the RV

I checked into the RV thing. I discovered that it is cheaper to fly out to where you are going to go and the rent the RV there. it is suprising to calculate the cost of owning the RV (depreciation, fuel, maitenance). Keep the Camaro, leave the cannoli. TP

After owning four motorhomes we decided the next route would be a diesel truck and fifth wheeler. You can buy a really nice 5th for $55-60K then when you get to your destination disconnect and you have a truck to drive around in.
Keep the warranty. If I were looking to buy a high end used car the GM warranty would be a good selling point.

This kind of rationale makes me...

But by all means, go flush tens of thousands of dollars down the toilet, or set it on fire, or put it through a shredder, what ever floats your boat.

I would suggest on pricing the car by itself and have the add for the warranty separate. From a sales point it will help by not appearing that the car is over-priced. Even if you put the EXTEDNED GM WARRANTY INCLUDED in big bold print, most buyers will not separate the added cost of the warranty from the cost of the car. Good luck.

Personally, I like the idea of towing it behind the RV. Think about it, what an awesome sight rolling down the highway!

Input appreciated.
Market value is higher than normal right now and should be a great time to sell.
Private party value in very good condition is
52k, per Kelly Bluebook. I wouldn’t entertain any offers under $50k unless you’re desperate to unload it.

I just booked your car on KBB, we pay for our access so our quotes are in line with the lenders and I come up with $54,425 in excellent condition when selling to a private party. It's lending value (wholesale) is $54,361. These figures are not VIN specific. The buyer at my dealership (not Chevy) usually hits the wholesaler at $500 back of the lending value when purchasing. If you would supply the VIN, I could get you a hard figure for your car.

A couple months ago I privately sold my 2017 with ~3500 miles and some mods for $51,500. I did have to list it for about 6 months and deal with a lot of lowballers before I found the right buyer (on this forum, FWIW).
