Thanks again for your orders, we greatly appreciate it! We are making these wings non-stop and getting them out the door ASAP

Finally got around to opening my replacement spoiler today. Unfortunately there were 2 paint chips on 2 of the stanchions where the screw connects to the main wing. Hopefully I can cover them with some touch up paint. I really don't want to try to do a 3rd exchange. The middle stanchion hole also is not symmetrical at all if that makes sense. It's very oblong and rough in shape and has a significant portion where almost half the channel is exposed and hollow; I'm pretty disappointed considering it is an exposed aspect of the wing.

I suppose I can't expect OEM quality considering I only paid $900 for the item but symmetrical holes and no paint chips doesn't seem alot to ask imho.

Not sure where to go from here tbh. The main wing looks great but the stanchions look very half-assed unfortunately :(

They did however add a weatherstripping to the stanchions so there is a positive there.

It honestly just seems like C7 is rushing the product to meet demand and sacrificing quality in the process. Never had an issue with the CF ZL1 Splitter or Skirts of theirs that I own.

Sorry to hear that! Can you post some photos so we can get a visual? Can a local body shop repair/paint the stanchions so their more aesthetically pleasing?
Also did you get the short or tall stanchions?

Not sure, what exactly happened there, but I know they pre-assembled your spoiler since you are a local and gave the spoiler the green light from QC. We definitely wouldn't send a spoiler that we think has issues. We offer a free return / exchange on all our products so we definitely like to get it right the first time.. but things do happen. We also build exotic parts and they go through the same QC.

Edit: Sorry we thought you were located by LA. and would have sent a rep to help ya. :( . Ya post up some pictures of the issues and we can ship the 3rd unit Thursday..

I received my spoiler last week, but was out of the country and still haven't opened it. I was planning to buy some rubber gasket material for the bottom of the stanchions, but is this what you are saying should now be included?
