I had Recaro seats in my Evo and they were pretty comfortable and kept me way more planted. I'm curious though if these will be electronically adjusted. Usually racing seats are not in order to save weight. With that being said my leather 2SS is electric. Wonder if that will make things difficult or if the motor and everything is attached to the seat leaving only the track for the Recaros to go on. What do you guys think?

I'd be very surprised if they're electric (which is fine by me).

They're a couple grand each for the cadillac versions.

I'm gonna guess just over 4,000 for the seats since the airbag is in them also

It will never happen for a reasonable price unless you have a buddy at a scrap yard and you find one of the tools that wraps it around a tree 2 minutes after purchasing. And even then the airbags likely would have gone off and ruined the leather.

I had seats that looked just like these in my 98, no power but manual adjust. 600 each 10 years ago. They are a shell seat and thinner then ours. You fit like a glove but with some wiggle room.Cornering is great as you dont move much. Mine were firm, but on long trips that made it very comfortable as your whole body is supported, especially the lower back.Only problem is the side lower bolsters made your right leg lay against the front of it but you got used to it. Loved those seats!
