So the 2024 Collector's Edition is just some badges and stickers from what I gather? That is pretty lame if it is true...

I would be happy with just knowing I own the last Camaro ever made. I would love to have a 2024. But I just got a 2023. I know it’s still close but mentally would be nice to know I own the last line of the Camaro ever made

My car club voted not to admit any EV's in the club. We don't what to poison them with our emissions!

Pure speculation as Chevy has not announced what the collectors edition will include.

Heh, so true. I'm in a modded 2018, which mitigated this problem somewhat

To go through all the necessary work (read $$$$) to certify any power-train/drive-train changes would have very little chance to be recouped over a single full year of production, let alone an apparently abbreviated production of the 2024 MY (Aug. '23 - Jan. '24).

This means that a "simple" appearance package is most likely. Be it special paint, wheels, decals, etc. As these changes do not require all of the recertifications.

Will they even build a 2024 ZLE?

"So many questions...so little time."

I don’t disagree but it’s still speculation until an official announcement. Probably badging/decals, maybe new wheels, maybe a special color. But who knows.

Exactly. Also, anything powertrain related is something that they would have started developing years ago. We know that they shelved all further Camaro development 4 years ago so there's zero chance that the 2024 CE will be anything more than an appearance package.

IMO, they already knew Camaro was dead when they moved Al Oppenheiser to EV in 2018.

This ^ with such a short run I doubt it would be anything significant.

Check out this post from Al Oppenheiser. Original chief engineer of Camaro. Is this a hint to what’s coming!!!
