Founders Mosaic Promise is an incredible beer. It is a SMaSH brew. That stands for Single Malt and Single Hop. The malt is golden promise, the hop is mosaic. It is very grapefruity with minimal bitterness. The aroma is incredible. I think this hop would go nicely with Amarillos.

I've had about 4 sips of beer in my entire life. Hate the taste, same with coffee. Maybe that's why I still don't feel like a grown up, and hopefully never will.
