How much money was in it to get to go in the 11s?

I'd say it was worth watching the video, just to see a supercharged LGX on methanol launch and then implode. I mean, how is that not entertaining?

Good luck on the rebuild man. I'm excited to see what you come up with next. I'd love to see you do an LTG build some day.

To go 11's ? Stage 2 overkill supercharger kit with a 3.2 pulley on E85 to go 11's..

TO go 11.07 with no skinnies! Required downpipes 3.27 LSD rear and Torque Converter ( which I only got about 5 runs on we were still dialing in trans tune on new converter ) I know I didnt get that 10 second slip but it was there.

I am giving you retail prices which I did not pay but its a valid question so I want to answer appropriately

Stage 2 kit is 7500 including tune and Will retunes for free so going from 93-e85 would be no extra cost.. Pulley was $80 This will get you in the 11's

The whole rear end swap cost me $400 including the SS axles I did the work though..

The Torque converter retail is $980 + Labor which is about 9 hours to expect once again though I did not pay full Labor costs.
Meth kit $650
Full Exhaust setup about $1000

So for the average joe to get their car where mine was around 10,500

However my costs were less then this across the board which I cannot disclose sorry.

I hope this answers your question

People like to watch Failure more then Success! I am going to be honest a LTG has crossed my mind the aftermarket is more abundant

Thank you! Either way I have to put a engine in it so shouldn't be down that long however the direction I go well I am still processing that.

I'm sure his main goals in building the car wasn't to make sure dude off the forums from Georgia doesn't get unpleasant tastes in his mouth.

Damn man looks like it was running good until it went. Best of luck with the rebuild, I'm sure it'll be in 10s once you get it sorted back out!

Nothing power wise has changed in a year .. methanol ground came loose during a hard Dyno pull and we hurt the engine then it ran lean due to fuel shifting in Orlando and then blew up in Palm Beach .

oh...so it wasn't even like it was being pushed beyond it's limits...

That kinda sucks even more than just losing 10+ thousand dollars. Since it theoretically didn't need to happen.
