SRMS Autocross at Homestead Miami Speedway

https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_c...ture=emb_title

This was last Sunday. May be the last event with this group but if so, they went out with a bang. I also brought out my C5Z this day and the camaro was the quicker one this time.

Ah that's unfortunate. Its a great event, I would highly recommend, but it may have also been their last event. There are other autox groups but this one was probably my favorite.

I run mine in track mode. When you are autocrossing, the stiff steering helps and actually feels normal. I've yet to decide if I like any of the sub modes within that, I keep trying different ones to see how they affect things. So far, all nannies off seems best.

Track mode, everything off, suspension in track, and steering set to tour mode. Track steering is annoying af for autocross as its way too much effort at slow speeds and makes quick inputs a pain. On a track its great but at autocross not so much.

Please excuse my naivety as I am still learning the modes. When you guys say "Track Mode", are you not entering into one of the PTM modes? So, just mode button down until you get into Track? What do you do with the TC off button?

That's correct, mode button down until track mode comes up. Then just hold the TC button down for around 10 seconds until both lights on the dash come on. For autocross where it's much lower risk than on a track there's no reason to use PTM, helps you learn the car better and won't hold it back.
