Hurst Short Throw on Hot Wheels

After installing the Hurst shifter last week I decided to represent it with a 2012-2015 OEM shifter knob and boot. With a little modification I was able to make it work. What do you think?

Nice! That looks really good. Did the '12-'15 models come with orange stitching? It matches really well.

It was worth the six hours to install. I have a Edelbrock supercharger installed and it made the installation time longer because I had to unbolt and lift up the firewall cowling so the top of the supercharger would clear to lower the transmission.

Short vid of just how short the shifts are.

So a 5th Gen knob an boot will fit a 6th Gen? But will a 6th Gen fit a 5th Gen?
