C7 Question
Ok, I'm considering on making the jump to a C7. This isn't going to happen anytime soon so don't expect pictures or updates everyday. Still in the research and financial process I don't jump into anything fast. For those of you who made the jump what do you miss about the Camaro and what do you love about the C7?
Thanks, Jim

Get in touch with DRKS1D3. He went from a 2011 Camaro SS M6 convertible to a C7 Grand Sport. He seems to be pretty pleased with the trade.

Which C7 are you interested in? Z51 package? Z06? GS? Stingray? Which options are you looking to get?

I'm in a similar situation as the OP. I'm not completely sure what the different packages offer. My primary interest for the Corvette is doing track days.
Thanks Craig

I’m looking into a used Z06 but all options are open.

The C7Z06 is a great car and a very nice upgrade over a Camaro. If you have the cash and don't need a back seat its worth doing. The LT4 motor makes so much torque but that could also be said about a Camaro ZL1. You could probably get one of those for the same price I'm guessing.

Thanks Sir Nuke, when I posted this I was looking forward to your response. Thanks to all, like I said I’m in the early stages so don’t expect much it could be a year. Thanks again, Jim
Sir Nuke they all look beautiful but I love the 2019 orange.

Commits weekly crime
|
I owned a 2014 Z51 and then a 2016 Z06.
Both were amazing cars and much more fun to drive than the 5th Gen I had previously. I ordered my Z51 from the factory and that was pretty amazing. There are a lot of little things I loved about the C7, including the slide down stash, the navigation system was pretty sweet with weather information. If you plan on doing any track time, try to find a C7 with the PDR so you can both record track time as well as personal driving if you want as well. Are you getting a Z51, Z06 or perhaps a ZR1?

Steve Dallas, I’m looking in all directions. I won’t be tracking it it’s just a car I fell in love with when I first saw it.
