Smile JUST BOUGHT MY (REALISTIC) DREAM CAR

Been in the market for a few months now to buy a red hot Camaro 1LE. Finally pulled the trigger today. Dreams do come true. I have no pictures as I will not take delivery till tomorrow or Thursday. Will post pics ones delivery is taken. Wanted to thank everyone for their help with the few post I have made about this car. I feel like a freaking kid waiting for Christmas morning on Christmas eve. Any tips and tricks you guys have found and/or I need to know.

Congrats! Still waiting for mine too and feel the same excitement. Some people, me included, recommend a catch can as their first purchase for the car if you haven't already. Other than that enjoy!

Ck your alignment and change dif, trans, and engine oil at 700 to 1500miles. I did mine at 800. Alignment was off slightly from factory or transport...welcome to a fantastic ride... be careful ...so easy to break the speed limit! And catch can right away...rock guards and clear bra also are pretty important to keep paint fresh.

Clear bra is number one on my list. Catch can was a thought until now. Any brand in particular that you guys suggest??

Congrats brother!!! It's a great feeling for sure! Just picked mine up yesterday.
Now waiting for winter to leave us alone. It was torture to finally drive the car, only to have to drive it straight into the garage, lol :( ahhh patience.

I've also made paint Protection for the 1LE a priority. I made the mistake
Of not wrapping my C7 and after 3 years and 4,000 miles it had some scars. It's a must for me for sure. Also just received ACS composite side rockers to help protect the car some more.

Elite and Mishimoto are pretty good catch cans. Phastek.com has a good price for the Mishimoto right now.

So you got weather issues like me. I'm in Indianapolis and we got freezing temps like all week. So I don't even get to drive it. Smh. Going to be a long week.

Yeah that's it. I recommend going to LethalGarage's channel on youtube and you can search "catch can" on his page and watch him install before you do it for ease. Actually he has tons of mods he has done and you can sort through and see what you like and dislike.

Just be aware that if you do plan on tracking your car (and you are buying a 1LE so I hope you are) that GM may not honor the track warranty if you do a catch can. Leave it stock if you are at all worried. We had a member lose an engine on track with his 1LE recently so it does happen. Congrats!
