Hah! I guess I should have posted some photos, eh? Spent a few hours working on the car today and concluded with a quick wash so I think I can get away with posting some passable photos now.

Dang those look great !!! Fronts look about flush but just right. The rear has some pole but man I like em that way. They just look so..... FAT. I love it! I really like it, they look so good. Like a fast car should. Thanks for the pics, she looks badass.

The wheels are MRR 017's.
Custom painted by me.

Are you a painter by trade or is it just something you knocked out? I’ve got the standard gen 6 ZL1 wheels and I’d like to paint them a similar color as yours. Do you mind sharing the color and process with me? My car is black and I’d like to do a Bandit type, matt gold color scheme. Thanks

TSW Bathurst 19x10.5 +27 w/ 305/30/19 Bridgestone RE-71R Square. Front wheels needed a 6 mm spacer to clear the front strut on the 1SS Non-MRC stock camber. I will probably go with a 10 mm spacer in the front for more clearance when I add more camber. I also used extended threaded lug nuts to make up for the threads lost when using a spacer.

A question on tyre rubbing, I hear a lot of contradictory claims regarding this, so to clear a few things up, a 305/35R20 or 315/35R20 tyre shouldn't rub IF you have the proper rim for it, right? Because it seems to me most people have issues when they try to put 305/315s on the stock SS 9.5" rims, will having a proper sized rim (11") tale care of this issue? And to what degree does offset play a part in this? I'm not looking to put spacers on if I can help it, and if so, not more than 3-5mm.

I just ordered a set of 19x10.5 et27 wheels and will put 305/30/19 BFG Rival S 1.5 tires on it. Car is a 2017 1LS 2.0T. These will be for autox and 1-2 HPDE a year, so a little poke is likely OK. Is someone familiar enough with fitment to know what size spacer will be needed?

Man I’m diggin your set up. I wasn’t sure about purple wheels but man it looks great!!!! I’m still running stock ZL1 wheels but I’d like to change and go as wide as possible. Great job!
