NPP Exhaust Valves stopped working Borla Atak

Hello, a while back my NPP exhaust valves stopped working. The valves are stuck in the “Track mode” position. Usually when I switch modes I can hear the valves moving and the exhaust tone changes slightly. But when I switch exhaust modes I cannot hear the valves moving or the exhaust tone changing. I am wondering how I can fix this and what needs to be replaced. My car also has the borla atak system if that makes any difference. Thank you for any answers.

Check under the hood fuse panel, check fuse 51, if it's blown it will stick Open/Track.
