Missing Red Seat Belts

Hey guys. I have an order in for a ZL1 and I’m supposed to have red seat belts. I’ve looked all over my build sheet and can not see them on there. I asked the dealer and he insists they are in there. Maybe I’m just missing something. I’ve attached my build sheet. Does anyone else see red seat belts? Lol

IMHO, if its not on the workbench sheet...it doesn't exist.

My order for a 23 ZLE had 3F9 Red Seat Belts.

Well, in previous model years the ZL1 did come with red seat belts as default, but the red color was turned into a new RPO (3F9) in 2020.

Based on the 2023 order book, I'd expect black seat belts on your car, you may want to confirm the actual color with the dealership.

There are not standard anymore, the dealer will have to order them and retro fit them on his dime. They are on national backorder right now. How do I know I bought a customer cancel ZL1 that didn't have red seat belts and I am waiting for them from the dealer.

I finally got him to admit they weren’t in there. Lol. Going to add them. I knew I wasn’t crazy.

Red seat belts were never standard on the Gen 6 ZL1, I’ve seen 2018’s with just the black ones. If that is your entire order sheet I don’t see them there, give them the RPO code for them and point out that they aren’t on the build sheet. Definitely have them get that right and not let it go if you really want the red seat belts.

Nah, they were standard, although it is true that the option had an exterior color constraint, similar to convertible tops, see below. Those other cars you saw must have had a different paint color, GM throwing fits about hyper blue or yellow Camaros running around with red seat belts...

Yes my 2017 Silver Ice Metallic ZL1 was built with red seatbelts. Like arpad_m stated they were standard with certain exterior colors.

2023 has less packages than 2022 due to supply. When i bought mine 4 weeks ago, red seat belts for new orders were on national back order.
