Looking for video/sound clips of ZL1 with headers and Borla Stype exhaust

Hey guys, needing to hear how this setup sounds and any comments those that do have. I currently have what I feel is the best sounding exhaust out for the ZL1, but it seems that it may be holding me back HP wise for current goals. Before I out right agree with that sentiment I want to do a comparison, but I cant do that without knowing how the Borla s type with headers (preferbly catless as well) sounds.

My direct questions after how it sounds are
1. Is there any drone

2. is it night and day between stealth mode and open mode. Main reason I love my current exhaust is that in stealth mode it sounds agressive but just a little louder than stock, and when out of stealth its sounds like a monsta!

Thanks!!!

Check this clip

And this

From what I gather, mostly no drone unless your in high gear at low RPM's and you try and floor it.

It's very loud, apparently. I have the S Type on factory shorties and it's loud as hell at full throttle. But, I'll prob upgrade to headers at some point. In terms of volume with NPP, there is a good difference in volume but not night and day. The factory NPP does a better job at that. What you should think about is the added raspiness that headers will bring to the tone of the Borla. I hear adding two resonators helps tone that down.

What setup you running now? What HP goals are you aiming for?

im running a GTHaus exhaust now, which I love the sound, but Im being told it wont support 850WHP which Im kinda of not buying into, mostly because the the only other person I know with the exhaust is currently running 851 whp with us both having just about the same setup. Im just looking for the same 850 as Im currently making 778whp FBO, Ported 2650, Ported TSP heads, interchiller, no cats, low side fuel system. 3.25 upper and i believe 10% lower. I was told the shop tried a 3in upper and it made more boost but not more hp so its the exhaust keeping me from going any further??

If I’m not mistaken that same car made some real good numbers at RPM. Mid 700s without porting the stock blower. I’ve had my eye on that exhaust because it’s different and sounds good. Do you have any drone?

Yeah Edelbrock 2650 I believe. Didn’t catch whether you have a fuel lob cam or not? Is it fuel holding you back?
