Dealer just called, car has arrived. I guess they saw this thread haha. I'm picking it up tomorrow

something tells me the unions have a say in what's happening and are pushing manufacturers to sit on the built inventory and use chips to build new to keep the associates employed. at some point there will be a glut of 1-2year old cars that are hitting the market. or maybe those will all be destine for the hertz/avis rental car market.

One would also think GM would build sold orders before lot orders... they make no sense lol

Wouldn't the line being shut down until Oct 5th actually help getting back-ordered, lot stranded Camaros delivered sooner with the extra available manpower?

You could have every individual employed at Lansing working on 2021 those Camaros, but if there are no chips or parts to put on the cars waiting in lots and fields, they are still gonna just sit there.

Yes, I was surprised how good it looks. Im glad I went with this color. Plus it changes in different light conditions.

Ordered the 1st week of July, was built the 1st week of 22 production and was delivered to the dealer last friday.
