the 5-7 second mark is the noise.

it sounds a bit like someone it smashing around under the car with a hammer and tin can.

The sound only happens after moderate acceleration, on a cold engine.
(its 100F here, so not THAT cold.) It seems to happen once, lasting 2-3 seconds and then cannot be repoduced as the engine comes up to temp.

The car has 700 miles on it, and the dealer is asking me to "watch" the noise and see if it gets any worse. They said it may be normal.
