Just stop using manual mode, the transmission will make far better gear selections than you.

Your BMW would do the same shit if you had it in 6th gear and didn't drop a gear to accelerate.

Hard to say. However, most kids these days have smart phones and take selfies all the time, so a selfie with your new cool car doesn't seem like a big deal to ask for. It wasn't even that good a troll, if it was a troll.

This is the funniest post I think I have ever read.

Honestly, you should keep it in manual mode in 6th gear when flooring it. Last thing we want to see is you wrecked the car because you have no idea what you're doing.

I can't believe I live in a world where automatic transmissions are confusing 21 year olds.

You keep saying you want the throttle response of a ZL1, but I really dont think you know what you even mean by that. The throttle response on my ZL1 is the same as it was on my SS 1LE.

Please learn your car before you end up dead. I am being serious. If you don't know how to drive the automatic in manual mode, stop doing it and ask other people with more brain cells how to do it. It's not hard or confusing.

Problem is if mods do delete it, another one springs up crying foul and suppression of legit criticism, with screenshots etc. I'd say editing the title to remove the unwarranted adjective and locking the thread would suffice. Let people read and draw their own conclusions.

My honest thoughts on this pathetic car (sorry to other SS owners)

I’ve been looking everywhere on how to edit the title, I’m trying to change it to get the admins’/moderators’ attentions to remove this, I want to make a new thread about this embarrassing one and updates on how I’ve been doing with the car, a sincere apology regarding SS/ and other Camaro owners in general for my ignorance and lack of knowledge, plus pictures for those who think this isn’t mine.

Is the car stock? What kind of gas is in it? Sounds like a timing issue. Maybe the fuel is bad and its pulling out timing for knock?

He said the car is stock, figured it out though. People make mistakes no need to drill into him for it. Unless he's being a troll then my post is pointless but we all make mistakes. Just learn the car more and get comfortable with doing things in controlled environments, don't "take it to mexico" until you can handle it or else someone could get seriously hurt or worse. Once you're comfortable time for some mods and to make the car more fun!
