Option bar along the top....choose "User CP" (control panel)

On the left, select "Edit signature" and follow the prompts.

So how do I change the display size of my pictures in a post, so they aren't so darn big?

I'm pretty sure you have to resize the image before you import them for that.

use picture editing software before you upload
