I upgraded the wireless charging module to the latest (part number 84526978), other than that, nothing special. My phone is a relatively older model and doesn't suck down so much juice, I presume.

Oh yes, one more thing, I trimmed off the end caps on the rubber mat just so the phone can sit on it properly, see below.
