To me, this sharkskin metallic looks very similar to the outgoing satin steel color. Maybe a tad more towards silver?
I really want to know why the '23 ZL1 doesn't get this HP bump to match the Escalade-V

The bump was a rumor that isn't going to happen.

Agreed. I initially thought it was Satin Steel based on the videos. I wanted Satin Steel so I'm happy that it's a similar shade, just a touch lighter.

The Escalade-V commercials look almost CGI but this video shows it off well. I think it will look quite good on the Camaro.

It is just like any other silver I've ever seen. I was just hoping it would be different from what we had in the past. For the last couple years, (or last year) they should have done something special.

Escalade-V has a bigger supercharger and different tune that’s more appropriate for an SUV that will never see a track.

Here are the new color samples. Compared Sharkskin to Silver Ice Metallic and Satin Steel Metallic. Satin Steel is darker.

Radiant Red is definitely darker than Cherry Red.

Can we talk about how it's like splitting hairs to see just how different the "new" shades are? I wish Chevy got a bit more adventurous with their color changes.

Don't really care for the Sharkskin, but the new red is nice enough. It's hard for me to get excited for it as I sold a Soul Red Crystal MX-5 to get the Camaro, and Mazda's particular shade of red is probably the nicest available on the market, imo.

There is a $495 charge for Radiant Red. It's a tintcoat, which always means more money.

No, I am 100% right. One of those sheets is for 2022(the one with Cherry Red) and one of them is for 2023(the one with Radiant Red) so you're reading it wrong.
