road condition (is it asphalt or concrete, level, downhill, clean and flat), tire temp, tread, doing the trick to start the timer after you get the rev's up to starting position vs going from dead idle.
All those things will greatly impact your 0-60 time as reported on the dash timer. |

I don't do anything special, just take my foot of the brake and stomp it. Fairly straight and level asphalt. I guess my tires are warm bc it's on the way home from work. The tires never spin, although sometimes they chirp a little, so I guess they must be hooking up okay.

nobody's trying to qualify for an official racing bracket. It's just people on the internet posting numbers. On the internet you really would be wasting your time trying to convince people you're the best at something. All parties are untrustworthy and carry opinions one way or the other that nobody cares about.
This thread is just to post your numbers. not building evidence for a doctoral thesis. Nobody cares about convincing anyone that their number is legit and complies with some unwritten ISO standard for 0-60 testing. At least nobody well adjusted and doesn't spend their days online furious that there is still one person in the entire world who doesn't believe them. |

0 to 62 = 5.8 sec, 500ft above sea level. 2017, RS, V6 with NPP exhaust.
If my math was correct... equates to 5.5 seconds 0 to 60

I'll see if I can post the picture later, but my best, so far, is 6.6 seconds 0-62. It started off flat, then a very slight downhill, for probably the last half.
This was at about 4400 ft elevation, and temps around 50 degrees. I wouldn't be surprised if the car is capable of much better, but at this point, I probably need more work than the car does. |

I managed 5.2 I'm not sure how much gas I had I was just testing on a stop light. Granted I was going down a hill at the beginning so I wouldn't say it was completely accurate.

Did a few 0-60 runs earlier and got this, not bad for 80F and 80% humidity. My engine was not liking those conditions at all.. She was a little slow off of the line. This was in sport mode with TC fully on. edit: Tried again today with TC off launching from 2000k and got 6.0 with 93 F 65% humidity, going slightly uphill. Running 93 gas, around 1900 ft DA. Definitely a lot happier with this one. |

Running 89 gas, just over 1900 DA. Just installed BMR trailing arms and their cradle lockout kit. |
