Bring it to a Chevy dealer and have them reset them.

Gist of all from reset option you must reset the sensors, most probably while they were changing the tires, they have taken them abit far from car and it lost connection to car and re-reading only happens with relearn system with a tool. If with relearn system with tool does not work, do not throw your old original sensors, just open them and take CR2032 battery ( suggest duracell) take out the old battery and put the new one and drive few more years, when ever battery finishes you can make the same, but relearn tool is required.
