10 speed slipping, other issues pointing towards trans

So I’m torn between my trans being the problem or if it could possibly be caused by something else. This started happening basically right after I got my car back from having a rotofab, nw throttle body, and a low side fuel system added. So my trans only acts weird when I give it around 50% throttle, going from first to second it sometimes doesn’t grab right away and the car will rev higher than it should be then I’ll get a hard jerk motion once it engages. And then usually in 4th gear my rpm’s will raise unsteadily if I give it any additional gas. But I’m just confused because if I do a WOT pull, it acts completely normal. The other two things I’m experiencing is a rattling noise that only happens when I’m OFF the throttle, and at low speeds while slowing down I hear a slight whining noise, 100% not the supercharger though. What are your thoughts and what steps I should take to find the cause?

I have 2017 w/ 8 speed, i realize you have the 10 speed so not sure this applies... but sometimes when i apply a tune, either engine or trans, sometimes it takes a while for the trans to relearn how to shift.

It can sometimes be a brutal hard shift, and sometimes just some jerkiness or awkwardness in the shift. However it always goes away after 1 or 2 shifts under the same conditions as it will learn to adjust how fast the clutch packs apply/etc...

So if it is repeatable under the same conditions more than twice, then theres likely something else going on. If it only happens when you encounter a new driving/shifting condition, then it may just be the trans "learning".

Other than that, just check the basics... fluid level, wiring, etc...

Sounds like a trans tune issue.

So you have a Whipple SC and everything in your sig. I guess the question is has the trans been tuned. These A10s are pretty solid for the mods you're showing.
