How often you go WOT
Okay, honestly how often do you go WOT on your SS or ZL1?

Pretty much every time I drive it. Short jaunts to basically get the car out for a short drive, like to just get gas or say a couple kms then I likely won’t. But otherwise the right pedal is friendly with the floor often.

Not often really. It's kinds of nice knowing you still have a little left in the bag.

Once I hit 1,000 miles on the ODO I started to floor it a bit more often. But always after it's been completely warmed up after driving a bit and oil/coolant up to temp.
Now that I am out of break in, I don't see me being harder on it than I already am. If I have a wide open on-ramp, that pedal will be to the floor. But the car just movessss even at half power, so often times it's just overkill. But fun, overkill. |

As a percentage of drive time, maybe .01%.
As a percentage of times driven, probably 5-10%. |

My Camaro is my daily driver. Around town I floor it maybe 5% of the time. On an on ramp, as often as I can (sadly I rarely use the highway). There's a long straight nicely paved secluded road near me that's perfect for stretching her legs whenever I get the itch though.

I used to all the time. Even the ZL1 with its power feels very controllable and easy to use. The sound of the supercharger and the engine staying high in the RPM band with the 10 speed is incredibly intoxicating. Unless I had a lot of groceries or the trip was short I would be doing at least 1 WOT pull everytime it was started.

Whenever I feel like it. I'm surrounded by long farm and crop highways. I'm also close to the highways. Sometimes you just need to feel some G force, it's a quality of life issue.

Honestly... Not that often. I know the power is there when I want to have some fun or whatever, but I just love to drive the car. I don't need to be going WOT to enjoy it.
