Thanks for the support Jax! Are your wheels what's coming from the factory on ZL-1's these days? Your whole car is gorgeous!

(May have to ante up and get one while there're still available.) Like the Borla 60606 (that I grabbed when they first came out), they ain't gonna be around forever. And combined with the crush delete and OE NPP- people get out of the way...!
And OP- the color on your Velossa looks great!

Ha ha ha!! Yes those “Christmas tree” plugs are no joke. I swore the whole front of the car was gonna come off before they were coming out. I also went in from the top.

why does no one remove the bumper? It's so easy to remove and would save everyone a lot of hassle lol

It seemed like a lot more daunting of a task to remove the front bumper when i did mine, So I did it from the top. Maybe I’m wrong but didn’t want to take a chance.

agreed about an hour or so of labor including removing it all and putting it all back together taking the bumper off alone is probably an hour

Because I felt better dealing with the hood latch and close quarters versus handling the bumper by myself.

I’ll have to pull the bumper to send TCM out. I’ll have to get back to you later and compare notes on the bumper removal.

Also, nice posts on your IG. Car looks good and the track looks like fun.

P.M if you have any questions on it. I've removed mine more than I'd like to admit lol

Thank you! I appreciate it.

It's not that easy. It was much easier going in through the top. I couldn't figure it out on the SS 1le I had, something about the splitter was making me think twice about trying to find the last couple of bolts. SOOO, i just played some tetris.

I forget the exact number but I believe there are..

8-10 bolts holding splitter to splash shield
6? - Along the top most are push pins
3-4 each wheel well. Long 1/4 ratchet will be your friend
2 plugs- 1 each fog light.
Give a good tug and boom no more front bumper.

To each their own though I just really hate working in tight places if I don't' have to
