I have to go look at mine, didn't notice it on the rear. It does looked tweaked in the OP picture. What I will say is that I noticed that my front fenders, on the very top where they meet up with the door not the wheel well, looked bent to "adjust" the body panel gap. Maybe there are slight adjustments to the sheet metal before the car is painted.

I don't see the issue from the OP on mine, but all 4 of my fenders are rolled from the factory.
