Rolled Fender?

I'm curious how many of you guys/gals have this feature installed on your 1LE from the factory: rolled fender on the passenger side rear.

Mine has the feature and I also saw it on a local ZL1. And zooming in on a few pictures posted by those taking delivery I think I see it on a few of yours too. Just trying to figure out if this is somewhat common or a rare case. I haven't seen it on any dealer inventory of standard SS and below though.

I noticed this on my car as well when I was installing my rock guards!

I was under the impression all the fenders were rolled on the 1LE. All of mine are.

I thought the side panel outer stamping is common with all Camaro Coupes. More info: my passenger side fender rear is 'rolled', but driver side rear is not.

This is extremely common apparently. Every Camaro I've looked at has it at least a bit. I've purposely not pointed it out to friends' cars. The dealer was cool about correcting it but I'll live with a slight roll before I let them start blending multiple panels. The way it is noticeable is letting the light hit it when you're looking down the side from behind the rear wheel.

I think you are getting rolled fenders mixed up with body/metal issues...

OP, I will check mine when I get home tonight. I haven't noticed anything, but I will look...

Yea I'm confused. What exactly is a rolled fender? Is it the shape that contours in the sheet metal above the wheel well in the above pic?

Sorry, I was probably a little too sarcastic with my initial problem description calling it a 'feature'. What I'm referring to is how the metal body panel flares out just before it meets the plastic bumper fascia as pictured above. It does this on my passenger side rear, but not the driver side rear. It appears to be a manufacturing problem. There are no issues at the vehicle front that I can see. So I was wondering if others have this rear fender issue too or if my car is unique.

Ah I see. Mine appears to be the same way. Obvious on the passenger rear. Barely if at all on the driver side.

I just checked this on my SS and found the same slight roll out of the edge to match up to the rear fascia on both sides. It looks intentional to me to make the quarter panel flush up to the fascia better. However, yours looks more pronounced than mine. While its there on mine - it is hardly noticeable. In fact if I hadn't read your post I doubt I would have ever noticed it.

This is completely normal on these Camaros. When I picked up my car after it was delivered I noticed it and thought it was a issue until I noticed every other Camaro at the dealer had some variation of this. Even the COPO Camaro in the showroom had it!!

My Camaro came with Four tires inside the Fenders. That was a nice feature I wasn't expecting. Do you guys with the 1LE have the same?
