First 1/4 runs - 19" Wheels and R888Rs and an axle back exhaust, stock tune, 93

Pretty happy for the first two runs with the 19 ZedSled. She definitely has 11.1's in her with a 1.5 sec 60 ft and maybe a high 10 in cold weather. It was 80 degrees out and DA wasnt optimal.

A10, Track Mode with traction control on, auto shifting. No launch control used.

Car 479 was a 6spd ZL1 1LE with tune and exhaust (horrible launch) and Car 479 was a GT350R with a CJ Intake Manifold, dual 65mm CJ TB, intake, tune, carbon wheels and passenger seat removed for weight drops.

Great times! The MPH is really good! I would try running it with traction completely off. I was able to run a 11.4 on street tires with traction control completely off. I then put rear drag pack and ran a 10.98 bone stock.

Try it with all the nannies off and in touring mode, that seems to be the best way to go. Track mode the suspension is too stiff to hook properly. Anything below a 1.60 60 foot with no tune or TCM tweak you will really be doing something! Good luck!!!

Next time, try running the suspension in Tour. Since it'll help with the weight transfer on launch.

Great advice, I was worried about shift speed in touring but the softer rear makes a lot of sense. So TC completely off in touring next time?

Just asking because I don't know, I understand the tour and hooking up on the rear, with TC off, but is there no use of those PTM modes that you find in the TRACK menu? Engine power is 100% available in Tour and TC off? I assume it is the way that you guys are talking about it here.

I wouldnt say 100% available because of the torque management that is built in. If you have the TCM unlocked and tuned you will have 100% of the power available with TC turned off, thats how i understand it...

Amazing! And good info from other people. I would of never thought Touring mode could result in better launches.
Would Touring also be the best choice for leaving a traffic light with a heavy foot?

That's what I want to know

I know I do like a ~40 roll in 2d gear in Track/Sport2...

I would think so... I know the ride is much nicer on the street in touring mode! I am old so I notice stuff like that!

Can't you force the suspension to stay in Tour with the rest of the car in Sport, for "full power" (according to the manual)?

You can default suspension (and steering and exhaust) to a setting that is independent of the selected mode.
