Dedicated ZL1 1LE Discussion

I have seen this topic before and I’m wondering if there is a dedicated discussion for the ZL1 1LE. I haven’t seen one yet

I rarely to never say this on a forum BUT, I'll say it here...

This topic has been beat to death and back again. Especially in the early days. It's not happening.

While I realize there won’t be many users here who have one, it’d still be nice to be able to ask other owners specific questions about the ZL1 1LE. This car has model specific features. Chances are, only the owners of this car will have researched the answers to the questions.
Ex: different wheels, different adjustable suspension components, pdr info, etc.
Besides, what would it hurt having a forum dedicated to this car?

That would be the least active forum around haha. The ZL1 section is even pretty quiet

Unfortunately, there are a lot of haters in these forums. We are all Camaro enthusiasts in here. Don't let those whom are incapable of constructive criticism, pull you down. There will be between 750-1000 examples of the A1Z option built this year, likely 1/4 of all ZL1's produced this model year.

You are not alone.

Welcome to the forums.

mlee has a great recommendation. Start your thread there.

Thanks for the support. Lol. I have been on multiple forms as I have owned a couple hundred cars in my life, and I am definitely a car guy. This is my seventh Camaro, although the first one in the newer generations. I know how these forms work and there’s always someone who likes to talk smack. No big deal.

I’m just having trouble getting some sort of the questions answered, even through the dealer. For example, I’m trying to figure out what the offset is on the wheels. The 19 x 12 and 19 x 11 wheels are exclusive to this model. I want to get another set of wheels and tires of the same specs.

Well hopefully this thread will catch on. Thanks for your support.

No one was talking smack and I for one meant no offense. However, this petition if you will has been started a handful of times by now. Mostly by owners. I believe Mods were involved/PMed at one point as well. It hasn't happened yet and therefore, like I said, it likely will not. Sorry. Those who haven't been around this section for a year or more wouldn't know that this has already been tried several times. There's nothing to "catch onto" now that hasn't already happened.

Also, just scroll through the last few pages of threads that have been started....Notice how 99% of the questions would overlap. I guess that's what the Mods think too since they haven't created a new section.
