Would this fit onto the factory LT1 intake manifold and airbox? Or does it need adapters? My plan is an MSD eventually so either way.

you will need to have the mouth of the stock intake opened up to fit the blade and circumfrence of the 95mmTB. as far as the bolt holes are concerned they will bolt in normally after porting/opening up the inlet.
