Wheel and Tire Fitment.
Will 19x9.5 wheels with 22mm offset and 275/40/19 tires fit on the v6 model our cars?
Stock for my car is 18x8.5 wheels with 40mm offset and 245/50/18 tires. |

Yes. You can run 20-in rims with 275/40/20 or 275/35/20 in the back and 255/40/20 in front very comfortably with no rubbing or anything and looks good filling the wheels. So 19 should be no problem.

The difference in the offset becomes the real question. Those 19's are gonna stick out a little. I have a feeling it's gonna be really close when it comes to possibly rubbing

It will likely poke out of the fender just a little. I wouldn't expect it to rub, but it will throw rocks down the side of the car to the bottom of the rear quarter panel. It's up to you if that's OK with you.
Just so you know, if it fits on the SS, then it will fit on the V6/2.0T, they run the same struts.
