Nice pictures. I think it's cool how many ladies work in the plant and make Camaros - guess I never really thought about it...

Makes sense. Even the CEO is a woman, and kind of doing a kick ass job.

I see Cadillac ATS's in two of the pictures. Are ATS's built in the same plant?

The ATS and CTS are built in the same plant as the Camaro. All three share the same platform, and its a big reason why there aren't a lot of bright color options for the Camaro. The colors also have to work for the Cadillacs.

I knew they shared the same platform, but didn't know they were built at the same plant. Thanks for the info! Had a 13' ATS 3.6 AWD prior to my 2SS and loved it, but love the 2SS waaaaay more.

"GM was able to reduce costs and have better operating efficiencies, since the plant builds other rear-drive vehicles such as the Cadillac CTS and ATS"

So why is the price considerably more than the 5th gen if they were able to reduce costs? Bigger profit perhaps?

You should see Corvette plant just got back from there a couple of days ago. I think that it's awesome. There were quite a few there as well

That's probably geared more towards "it's not as expensive as it could be" lol
