12" RaceRamps

Are they worth it? Do any of our sponsers sell them and has anyone seen any good Black Friday Deals on them.

I love my race ramps. Use them whenever I trailer the car. Solid construction, light, and easy to move around. I have the 11" high x 14" wide by 131" long two-piece set-up. I think it was a 5 degree angle. They work well on my beaver tail enclosed trailer.

Downside....not cheap....Worth it....Yes....

I love my race ramps too. I have the 67" XT two piece ramps. They provide 10" of lift with a 10.8 degree approach angle. I use them for all my vehicles, including my SUV, as they can each support 2500 lbs. And they are 14" wide which is nice for a vehicle with wider wheels and tires.

As cariboocreek said above, they aren't cheap, but they are worth it.

Not sure which 12" race ramps you are referring to, but in general they make very nice stuff. I'm sure someone has them on sale for Black Friday.

I really like my set of Race Ramps too. Makes changing the oil in my ZL1 much easier than before.

I've had my race ramps since before the two piece design was available. Two piece would be better for access but mine are just fine, and holding up well.

They're light weight and easy to store, and wider than rhino ramps, which are too steep and get pushed by the air dam.

I had a issue with shipping from the race ramps website when i ordered my wheel cribs last year. i ordered 4 and only received two but after a phone call they made it all good but they shipped from here and they are a little cheaper if that helps.

Had them and sold them. I am a big dude and they just don't provide enough lift.

Thanks for all the feed back. I ended up ordering the ones above in the 12" high. Got a great deal from summit with a price match of discountramps.com, the reason i didnt go with discount ramps was they were charging tax and summit didnt. Excited to try them out. I will be dropping the fuel.tank and the 6" ramps i had just didnt get the car high enough.

Most people were talking about the actual ramps that you drive up onto. The image you posted is for blocks (cribs) to put under the tires after jacking the car up. What prevents you from using jack stands? The cribs are nice for several reasons, but not helpful if you have to remove a wheel.

Being that i have a convertible it does not have as many jack points. Seemed like the best option to get the most room under the vehicle. Stll have jack stands just looking for another tool in my arsenal when not taking wheels off.

I have a set of these blocks as well. I've used then several times with my ramps to get the entire car off the ground.
