Tuning options for the LGX?
Perhaps someone from IPF or HP tuners can chime in. But it seems that the LGX is different enough from the 2015 LFX that it makes me concerned that simply buying an existing tuner and banking on support being added soon is a bad decision.
Has anyone tried a DIY tuner on their lgx yet? I'm not looking for anything like removing cylinder deactivation or such (i like that on cruise control). Just your basic premium fuel req simple bolt on tune for now. And later on if i can somehow convince the gf that dropping thousands more on the car is a good idea, turbos / supercharger if anyone ever builds one for us that manages to pass CARB requirements. |

I'd assume that HPTuners will support the LGX eventually, but I haven't seen anything on it yet. Too new....parts and tuning options for the LGX are going to be a slow trickle. Best move for you guys is to bug aftermarket companies for what you want and hope they take notice.
