Differences from the US model

Does anyone know what the differences (if any) between the Canadian and US models are? Do the Canadian cars get any options the US don't? Vice versa?

The only difference I know of is that the speedo is in MPH instead of KPH. Like, my 5th gen is an American car and the speedo goes up to 180 instead of 300 or whatever.

They make the Canadian cars faster and with the current exchange rate, cheaper as well.

What about the European ones? RHD, taillights etc. Just like the 5th gen rear section for the larger foreign plates.

Can someone with a Canadian model confirm that it has an EPA sticker under the hood (or maybe on the bottom of the hood)? Like this:
