Chevy / ARH Longtubes for 18+ ZL1

Has anyone swapped to the ARH / Chevy longtubes listed for the LT1/LT4 applications with cats or without? Curious if they need a tune, power gains on stock tune/boost, and why Chevy would list them unless they dont require a re-tune on 93/etc. The performance/offroad only i think is due to the emissions standpoint more than tune I would guess.

There is no mention of tuning needed etc or performance gains (although their concept package showed an intake, these headers, pulley and eLSD calibration to run 10 flats with big/littles).

I have the ARH long system catless headers on my car, had them for almost 3 years now. Very high quality system and had zero issues with them.

With that, they will require a tune. You cant bolt them up to the car and just use them, especially if you go with the catless versions as there are at least 10 SES codes that will need to be turned off related to the rear O2 sensors.

Headers need a tune. Gain very little on their own. Necessary mod for more power however. Get the ARH Long System. I recommend cat-less.

I have the 2 inch ARH LTs, catless with the long system. The quality is excellent and the fit is perfect, no problems. As stated, all long tubes require a tune. You are not only leaving most of the power gain on the table, you risk running too lean which is trouble for your engine.

I have ARH 1 7/8 into high flow cats deleted secondaries into the stock muffler. Got a tune. Also with RotoFab CAI and Mamo TB. We have emissions testing in TN. System works well and sounds good. Under full throttle about 104 dB

How much power can you expect to pick up with just headers and a tune?
