I read about that happening to others in the past. For 2 years I actually left mine in. Never had battery issues.

I can't wait to get my car.. If feels weird not getting a white car for first time in years.

Looking fwd to pulling NPP fuse ASAP

I've given up on the Range Device. Gives me CEL's every week. I even sent it back to be reprogrammed and still the same thing. I'll probably just get it tuned out when I get headers.

That stinks that you had bad luck with it. Yup a tune will take care of it.

Lol I hope you didn't find out the hard way not to pull the exhaust valve for AFM...

Thanks to you, I just pulled my fuse on my 2LT!

so I have a Range also that we had on the '11 2SS, will it work on the V6 on the 16s or do I need to send back for a reprogram?

Ask Range, they told me it will work fine on gen6 v8.

I'm still on v4 firmware, never had CEL errors.

If I do get errors on Gen6, I'll send in for a flash update.

Thanks Sledgehammer! Are there any negatives to pulling this fuse?

I pulled my fuse a few months back and put it back on the same day, it sounded worse to me.

I thought I remember seeing a tutorial for how to set up a wireless controller to control the fuse...but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Never heard of this problem. Was the car off when pulling the fuse? Also when the fuse is pulled are you able to control the Tour, S[port, Track etc. and the car responds to those changes?

You lose the functionality of being able to control the exhaust in the different drive modes.

I did disconnect the battery when I pulled the intake. The fuse was pulled during that. Maybe reconnecting the battery while it was pulled bypassed it or somting?? My flaps def still work with the that number 15 pulled
