Are you looking for an engine dyno or just a dyno? Engine dynos are hard to come by in the bay area, but I would look into Rick @ Synergy in Hayward. I don't like him, but have heard lots of good reviews.

There are others, but I would not go to them at any costs:

Engine dyno as I will be building the engine myself, plus I need the rpm and torque so I can build my trans and rear to be the optimum car and I already have a tuner in sac for the ECM
