If the C8 is not turbocharged, and you have equal tires, and you couldn't keep up with a C8 in a ZL1 1LE... It's not the C8, it's the driver's skill vs yours.

There are no suspension tweaks that will make the current LT2 C8 faster than a properly set up ZLE through turns, same driver in each.

Regardless of the car (the corvette in the video was a c7z), driving fast on the street has little to do with driver skill. its mostly a combination of the size of your balls, and level of stupidity.

There are no prizes for being the fastest car in the mountains. Unless you count the kind of prizes you get for playing stupid games.. but I mean hey, I was young once lol.

obviously everyone likes to mess around on the street. maybe since I have had kids though? Since I started riding street bikes? Idk, but now I think balance is better. You can have a good time at a good 7-8/10 pace or whatever, probably 90% of the fun and like 30% of the risk lol.

You know how many people in CA alone die every year in auto accidents? I ride street bikes too and this goes both ways with people dragging knees in the mountains and people in cars going too fast... if you lose it and bump a rider going the opposite direction, and that rider doesn't make it, you going to be cool living with that for the rest of your life?
