8L45 Class Action
Is there anybody in Canada that has purchased a GM product between 2016 and 2019 and has had, or is having problems with their 8L45 or 8L60 transmission in their vehicles that has not been repaired or resolved to their satisfaction by GM CANADA? If so, please contact me with the specifics of your problem and consider bringing a class action suit against GM Canada

Class Action lawsuits never go anywhere that makes a difference. It’s always the each person gets $10.82 in 10 years. GM isn’t going to do anything about the Trans issues. To properly fix the issue and recall would bankrupt GM. They went to A10’s on 19 SS’s so that was their fix. They aren’t going to replace transmissions or anything else, unless it’s their service bulletin under the 3yr/36k.

The only benefit I can think of is for future GM buyers won't have the defect in their cars. But how does that help the ones with the defect now?? I encourage everyone to avoid joining a class action, ever.
