Move rear badge to dashboard (Pic)

Somebody wrote me asking for a pic of the transfer I recently made. It's OK if you don't like it, I do.... and just posting to add content here:

Not bad, a little big though. I plan on getting another smaller SS from the bottom of the steering wheel, and putting one there.

I may do same, and elim this one, Roger at Emblempros is looking into it. But in person, it looks about the right size to me. The right of the dashboard is expansive with nothing there.

I definitely like this. I did this with my rear SS badge on my 2010SS/RS. I'm curious what a bit smaller RS badge would look like. Did anyone ever come out with one a tad smaller?

Similar to what I did with my red SS badge from the rear that I replaced with a black SS. Figured I'd do something with it.

I like what you did Glen. I did something like that with an RS emblem in my 2010 Camaro. It added a nice touch in my opinion.

I don't think the empty expansion of dash actually looks bad in this case though....something about the shape I just like, and at least there is the dash stitching running across it.

But I am still contemplating a change. I recently read that LeatherSeats.com is offering some of the trim pieces from the FireBall Camaro that they did a while back, and that the dash trim piece they did is available. Below is a shot from a 1SS they did. I want to do the same in my 1SS, but with a grey/black combo to match my grey interior. I have contacted them about this. We'll see what they say.

So, anyone make a little smaller RS badge than what's on the car? Same look, about 1/3 smaller?

Still don't think vendors are approved to mfr Oem quality SS and RS badges, roger at emblempros would know.....after a year now, I don't mind the size of the rear badge in the car.
