Do you plan to drive in rain and cold (freezing) temperatures?

In the winter i plan to throw the stock 245 and stock rims back on them I wana I don’t plan on selling them. In the summer it might get driven in the wet if I get caught in it

I run Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires on mine so I can’t give you any advice on the two tires that you’re looking at. Maybe others will chime in with their options. Both are highly recommended by others in the “Wheel and Tire” subforum. There are numerous tire reviews if you’re interested in looking.

555r2 in this case. No point in putting all season on those wheels if you have another set. Get the tire that is superior in dry traction.

You don’t think the r2 might be to much for the car right now do you it’s only got a drop in filter so it’s stock.

I would put the ECS and 555R2 in slightly different categories, I run the ECS and I don't recommend them. Soft sidewalls, fuzzy turn-in feel when pushed, car pushes on the front end, seem to be fine on the rear for traction but 455 is easy to overcome it. I might be thinking the 555r2 is closer to a drag radial capability.
