ZL1 1LE Houston, TX

Hey guys,
I am new to the forum. I Finally bought my first Camaro ZL1 1LE yesterday! Love it so far

Now I'm looking at getting some mods done when I save up some more money to throw away.
Roto Fab big gulp
Kooks LT header (best cat recommendation?)
Cam
P&P heads

I have had some experience with all of above on Corvettes but no good garage to work in here.

Any recommendations for shops around Houston?

Bad ass ride! We are looking to do a Friday night dinner with some zl1's here in north Houston in a couple of weeks if you are interested!

Late model racecraft to do the work on the car would be my recommendation
and no cats would be the way to go on a boosted high hp car!

Jrods, Sorians, and Powerfab all good.. I'd lean towards Sorian and his tunes.

the work you describe is very simple you could do those mods yourself if your handy and baby the car to sorian for his spot on tunes.

Headers you can do
pull the blower off you can do and port it (send to Boostmode, Kong, or JokerZ) watch the LT4 blower removal video its easy to get off..
swap the TB for a 103mm after blower ported
Pulley swap can be done while porting the blower
Big gulp won't do much at that power level may hurt ya and be sluggish off the line.
BUt if you have 700 whp in the future might as wheel not buy twice

the main thing is do all this at once so your not paying twice in labor for pulling blower ect if you aren't doing the work.

Sorian can tune and Rodney can through on a flex fuel kit and DSX aux pump.. And if your uncomfortable Rodney can do all the work..

Mention me Jack sent ya! My car is over there right now

Congrats, black on black does look very cool. It's the closest thing ever to the Batmobile, and I love the Batmobile. Here's my ZL1 1LE...

Nice car BTW, I left Houston 5 years ago and never looked back. Just through reading and hearsay, people have said really good things about these...
